Standard Response Protocol

In any emergency Schleicher County ISD uses the Standard Response Protocol or (SRP) to provide consistent, clear, shared language and actions among all students, staff and first responders. There are five different SRP actions – Lockout, Lockdown, Evacuate, Shelter, and Hold. This video explains what each of these actions are and the proper procedure during each. All SCISD employees are trained in SRP and in case of an emergency when they hear Lockout, Lockdown, Evacuate, Shelter, or Hold they know exactly what to do to keep students and themselves safe.
